Big subdivision homes, twenty to forty years on
A large share of Markham went up between the mid 1980s and the late 2000s. Those houses are now at the age where the original everything is due: kitchens and bathrooms that have had their run, decks that have gone soft, builder windows and doors that no longer seal, and exterior caulking and trim nobody has touched since it was new. They are big houses, so the lists are long, which is exactly the case for one contractor doing the lot rather than five.
